Our online gallery is a lot a larger than our physical gallery. We advertise prints online as in stock that might not be physically in the gallery. We do this for two reasons firstly our physical gallery stock is incredibly rotational and prints are changed on a regular basis and secondly our artists carry a large amount of stock in their studios and can deliver to us withing the 48 hours (Monday to Friday) that we recommend giving for orders to be processed.
We kindly ask that you take this in consideration when ordering and recommend that if you are in a hurry to receive your order to please call us on 0191 231 2483 to check if the piece is in stock or leave a note on your order at checkout.
If upon receiving your order you are unhappy with any part of the goods please contact us within 7 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and condition within 14 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred. We do not provide free returns shipping, or a refund on the original shipping.
If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24hours (outside this time frame we can not be held responsible). In most cases we will be able to send out a replacement right away, however in some rare cases it may not be possible to supply an exact replacement, in which case a refund or an alternative will be offered. We will need the damaged product sending back to us before we send out a replacement or refund, we do not provide free returns shipping, or refund on the original shipping. If your item has been delivered by our courier then we will arrange with them to have it collected at a convenient time for you.
Shipping is calculated by the total value of your basket. Once you have selected the items you want, the basket has a calculator that will show the cost for your chosen items once you enter your delivery address.

Orders are usually shipped within 12- 48 hours (Monday – Friday) however on the occasion this might not be possible we will keep you up to date via email communication
For small and non-fragile items, we use the Royal Mail 1st class Tracked and Signed for service to send out orders.
For Larger and fragile items, we use a local specialised arts courier. This courier hand packages and fully insures all items that are sent via their service. Once items are packaged, they are sent out using a variety of well know couriers such as Fed-ex and Parcelforce
If a package isn’t signed for it will be held at a local post office or collection centre. If not collected within a set time that is outlined by the Royal Mail the package/s will be returned to us. We are happy to resend packages which have been returned to us, however we will ask the customer to pay the additional postage incurred in resending the package.
Commissions are considered by most of our artists but are not guaranteed to be accepted. In the instance of an artist turning down a commission we will suggest alternative artists for your consideration. All Commissions must have a 50% non refundable deposit paid up-front after agreeing upon the design of the commission but before work begins on your commission. The Copy right to all commissioned artwork continues to belong to the artist after purchase.

Images must not be reproduced without written permission from the artist, North East art Collective can help to arrange this permission for you. North East Art Collective has been given permission from each artist to use images provided for sales and marketing purposes, but we do not hold the copyright to any works.
Earn 5 points for every £1 you spend when you sign up to the loyalty card. Points are redeemable to the value of £0.01p per point. A card holder must earn 10,000 points before they can redeem half of the value of their loyalty card. A card holder must earn 15,000 points before they can redeem the full value of their loyalty card. Points can not be earned or redeemed when purchasing or redeeming gift vouchers or purchasing private commissions. The discounts offered in celebration of Small Business Saturday are valid for 1 day only on the day of Small Business Saturday. The discount is only eligible on purchases and orders placed and paid in full on the day. The discount will only be available to customers that have already signed up to the Loyalty Card or to customer who sign up on the day. The discounts are not able to be used in conjunction with the Own Art Scheme
Our team and are our artists are working as hard as possible to try and guarantee orders will be delivered for Christmas but this is reliant on stock availability. All of our artists carry excess stock at this time of year to try and help but prints, mugs and coasters have a high chance of selling out. We recommend calling or emailing us to check that we can fulfill your order before placing the order or ordering as early as possible to allow us time to have your items created if we are out of stock.
