If you are wanting to come and visit us in person then here is how to find us or call us on 0191 231 2483 and we can advise you over the phone on the best route for you.
We can be found on the Upper level of Eldon Garden Shopping Centre, next to the entrance to Level 7 of the Eldon Garden Car Park.
If you’re not sure where Eldon Garden Shopping Centre is there are many ways to find us:
If you are in Eldon Square and see the Brownie Bar next to the John Lewis Men’s Shoe department then all you need to do is pop up the escalator and follow the mall in the direction of Bravissimo and veer to the right to find us in the far corner.
Alternatively, if you are out in Percy Street there are many entrances to Eldon Garden. The easiest to locate is the escalator outside of Tesco Express that brings you up to the lower level of Eldon Garden. From there all you have to do is ask a security guard for directions or follow the mall straight ahead to the escalator outside of Y Salon and come up to the second floor, we are on the left-hand side at the top of the escalator.
Another route to find us if you are coming from St James Park direction, is through the Eldon Garden entrance located on Morden Street. If you walk down the street from St James Park, ensuring the stadium is on your left and The Strawberry is on your right, cross straight over the traffic lights and you can’t miss the entrance – this is also connected to the Shop Mobility access for the shopping centre. Then once again just come up the escalator outside of Y Salon and come up to the second floor, we are on the left-hand side at the top of the escalator.
Finally, If you are driving, we can be accessed from the car park. The entrance to Eldon Garden Car Park is located on Percy Street and has left turn only access. Shop access is located on levels 4 and 7 in to Eldon Garden Shopping Centre, we are located next to the entrance on level 7 but if you come out on level 4 just come straight up the escalator to find us. The car park offers £9 all day parking.
If you are trying to locate us from anywhere in the city and are unsure of any of these directions, our best advice is to locate the John Lewis department store (as the Brownie Bar can’t be missed and it’s a great place to stop for a snack whilst you find you bearings) or please just give us a ring on 0191 231 2483 and we will be happy to offer directions over the phone.
