Dianne has worked predominantly with papier mache since gaining her Hons degree in fine art. Her fascination for colour, texture and unusual Form is evident in all of her varied, original and handmade art work. The range of jewellery is made
from recycled newspaper which is then decorated with carefully placed unusual papers, iridescent foils and three dimensional paints before being coated with moisture resistant varnish or clear resin. The wires are either sterling silver or gold plated. Now one of the resident designers/ makers at Kirkharle Courtyard on Northumberland where you can visit and see her full range of artworks and where you will normally find her hard at work!
