Mick Brown run’s two studio’s out in Derwentside both are community access where he tutors vulnerable adults, this has changed Mick’s own work dramatically over the last 10 years his work has become completely spontaneous with no pre-planning, sketching, tracing or copying it is completely freehand.
‘I like to leave as much to the observers imagination as possible I believe this means something new is seen every time.’
Every year Mick donates several pieces of art to Charites for fund raising and exhibit once or twice a year supporting local galleries and communities.
Mick’s work is spread around the world, it is original and constantly changing as Mick continues to try to push boundaries and not stick to one subject or genre.
Commissions are considered by our artists but are not guaranteed to be accepted by them. In the instance of an artist turning down a commission we will suggest alternative artists for your consideration.
All Commissions must have a 50% non refundable deposit paid up-front. Once the commission is produced you are not obliged to purchase the artwork but you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit.
The Copy right to all commissioned artwork continues to belong to the artist after purchase.
